房间需要新装修、回房间的路上太黑、容易被地上的不平的路摔到、用餐环境卫生差、有许多的苍蝇飞来飞去，

Isola incantevole nel cuore delle Fiji, staff gentilissimo cibo ottimo

The food was absolutely fantastic, we loved it. Staff is very friendly and lovely. The resort is huge, you can go for a run within the resort, which we loved. Adults only pool when you don’t want to be disturbed by splashing and screaming children.

That you have to pay extra for the wifi - this is just ridiculous regarding the prices you pay per night… this is what makes guests annoyed. The gym is in terrible condition, almost everything is broken

Came here to celebrate my 60th birthday with family and had the best birthday ever. The staff are very friendly. Simba the resort dog was a highlight for me as I’m a dog person. Simba made my holiday special. He is friendly, has an awesome character and demeanor. The joke amongst my family is that I feel in love with Simba and leaving him back on the Island was the hardest thing to do. I wish I could have taken him back to Auckland.

El mantenimiento sobre todo del gimnasio , pero en el hotel en general está un poco deficiente para un Resort

Mana is a great island. The resort needs some upgrades.

Beautiful location and friendliness of the staff

Our bedroom was filthy, the food was not good quality. Many many of the assets around the hotel were broken and rundown. The staff though friendly were really in need of training. The inefficiencies of the place were everywhere. We had to chase for everything. The payment system is antiquated.

Personale gentile e cibo buono, anche per gli standard italiani, con molta varietà. La doccia esterna del bure è fantastica. Molto bella la spiaggia del resort (quella opposta al molo).

Arredamento datato, sicuramente da rinfrescare e poca cura nei particolari. Poca manutenzione, nonostante avessimo segnalato due volte che c’era una lampadina del bagno da sostituire, ciò non è avvenuto
