Mana Island Resort & Spa - Fiji

The beach is beautiful with easy snorkeling off the beach. The resort feels spacious, we spent most of the time at the beach outside our room rather than the pools. The water is clear and warm, it is tidal so be aware of the tide times for swimming and snorkelling. We had a mix of accommodations for our group, Deluxe ocean view bure and island bures. The Island bures were more modern with an outdoor shower which was great. While the Deluxe Ocean view was tired and in need of a refresh (particularly the bathroom) it was spacious and had a beautiful outlook, and our group spent each evening on the deck having drinks before dinner watching the sun set. We were on the island for 4 nights and we had the breakfast and dinner package. Overall the food was good. Staff are lovely.

We recently stayed at Mana Island Resort and were absolutely amazed by the island’s natural beauty and stunning layout. The lagoon is gorgeous, the pier entrance is picture-perfect, and the resort’s design makes it easy to enjoy everything the island has to offer. Snorkeling—especially at Sunset Beach—was a true highlight, and the free transport there was a nice touch. That said, I do wish the resort would put more attention into small maintenance projects. Some areas felt a little worn and in need of repair, and it gave parts of the property a slightly neglected feel. The half board, food was exceptional. The staff was outstanding. Overall, though, the positives far outweigh these issues. The location is incredible, the atmosphere unforgettable, and the experience well worth it. With a bit more upkeep, Mana Island Resort could truly shine as one of Fiji’s best island getaways.

In need of some general updates and repairs. If you go and don’t expect five star accommodations your you’ll be very happy there.

We were both very happy with our little cabin and the whole resort beamed with life. The staff were incredible and made us feel at home. We were big fans of the buffets too! Incredible beaches you can snorkel from and great poolside cocktails you can charge to your room. I spent an afternoon at the spa and had a excellent experience. We were really able to relax and had a wonderful time.

Property still needs alot of maintenance. Staff are amazing. Views are great. Limited dining options. Wifi and bottled water is available for additional fees which are readily available free of charge at other resorts. Wasn’t worth the money spent.Amenities could be better. I had to get my ocean view room changed because of ant infestation on the bed and the bathroom having a pungent smell. Staff were really good in accommodating my request. Hopefully the resort improves in the years to come as they are working on renovations.

Awesome location with great beaches, pools & dining. It was great having access to both north & south beach. Good pontoon, snorkeling & kayaking. Some issues with room config option on booking & what we were given. I should have checked documents better. Some maintenance issues but these were resolved. Maintenance supervisor was fabulous. Lovely location with cean clear water. Free transport to sunset beach to watch the sunset, was a definate highlight, as was early morning sunrise walk. The staff at the resort were awesome, so helpful, friendly & genuine. They really made the holiday great.

We loved the beach, snorkeling, the apartment had ocean views. The staff were very friendly, the food was good, and the activities were fun. Would definitely visit again.

The activities would change, at the last minute, which was a little frustrating, the general toilet wasn't cleaned regularly, and they forgot to give us extra toilet paper when we ran out. But overall it was great m
