Upon arrival, the property had a strong odor of sweat and dirt. It quickly became clear that the house had not been cleaned after the previous checkout. Food remains were left everywhere, the floors were sticky, and the bedrooms were dirty with discarded vape refills. One of the beds even had a large hole, making it impossible to use as you would literally sink through it. After contacting the landlord, we were told to wait for the cleaning team. This left us waiting for 3.5 hours after an already exhausting 7-hour car journey. The following day, the electricity went out while we still needed to get ready, iron clothes, etc. We waited another 2 hours before receiving any assistance. Eventually, we were moved to another property, but there the garden door could not be locked. For safety reasons, we had to take turns staying awake every 4 hours during the night. Additionally, there were broken glass shards in the garden, which made it unsafe for the children to play outside. Our holiday started in a very unpleasant way, and we were unable to enjoy it at all. The facilities and overall condition of the property did not match the description provided on the website.
