The apartment was already being rented to someone for the night. The owner had overlapping reservations from different websites. I had to find another place to stay at midnight in the middle of Newark NJ. What an embarrassment!

Absolutely nothing!
I recommend never staying here, this place was HIGHLY unprofessional. The place I originally booked was under construction when I got there, so I had to go to the host other properties. The host said they tried to call but, I didn't receive any calls or messages until I arrived at my first place. Then I had to go to a second location which turned out to be the wrong place, & once I finally got settled in the 3rd place they somehow locked themselves & my things outside the place, so I was super frustrated about that, so I ended up staying in a 4th place.
