Suburban Studios Brunswick of I-95

Proximity to highway.

1. No smoke or carbon monoxide detector, it had been removed. Front desk clerk located a battery alarm I could use for the night. How did this pass inspection during "upgrades"? 2. Wiring issue: electrical extension cords plugged into power strips, used excessively, in 2 areas of the room. No way is that to code. I asked clerk to unplug everything or I was changing motels. Was afraid all of a fire breaking out if this was being done in all rms. 3. Large group of guests in front grounds all evening til at least 10pm. Young kids screeching & yelling outside my ground floor door. Clerk asked them several times but noise continued. 4. 1pm excessively loud music from a 2nd floor room. Followed by pounding on their door, I'm assuming to get them to quiet down.

The property was absolutely disgusting, dirty, and nasty. We had to evacuate from Florida because of hurricane Milton when we got to the hotel and saw how nasty it was we tried to find another one, but everybody was sold out for 100s of miles the matches too big for the boxspring there was mold there was bugs in the window, so the towels were dingy, they vacuumed and there was stuff all over the carpet. They didn't have the bed. The mattress was dirty gross

We didn't like anything about the property total big disappointment no continental breakfast like stated nobody came by to give us more towels. There was a kitchen and there there was no cops no plates no forks no tissues no nothing. I had to go buy my own cleaner and clean it.

It was the only room we could get travelling out of FL in advance of the hurricane.

The room was not clean, it had no towels or soap. We had to reqeust and wait for those. The value for the price was poor.

The receptionist was not available when we got there. I had to call the property manager to send someone to meet us to check in. I requested a non- smoking room and the room we got smelled awfully smokey and the second room smelled moldy. When we went back to the reception to ask for a different room they were gone. I had to call again for help and the person who came was not friendly, not helpful and rude . We decided to leave because of the bad service and the location didn’t look very safe

Nothing, there is nothing to like, it is a scam. The pictures they use might be from one room they updated, but it won't be the one there gonna stick you in. From before i even arrived they charged my credit card, it was no or payment, pay on arrival, but they decided to go ahead and take the funds anyways. Probably because they knew when i seen the place i would've ran like the wind. Just pulling into the property i immediately knew this was more like an hourly rate type of place if you catch my drift and entering the office to a little right area were the lady market made eye contact or spoke to me because her and two other loud obsene gentleman were taking about inappropriate things all trying to talk over the other while I'm in the middle just wanting out. Finally i get my room card and she directs me to the back of the property where people are outside there rooms hooting and hollering and felt more like i took a wrong turn down a back alley than a hotel. Once I entered the room I immediately realized it was not what was pictured. There were holes with live wires hanging out of the walls, it looks like they took several different pieces of furniture and screwed them together to make whatever it was the TV kinda day in to of. No drawers no where to hang clothes, and musty and mildew smell was horrific. I called booking.com and told them no way i could stay there it want clean or safe and i had to leave immediately, they Said they would take care of it and i would get refunded. Today however i get an email stating that the hotel offered me a night in hell in exchange for my money. If rather stay a night in actual hell than return to that good awful place, false advertising, thieving scum bags. It should be illegal I don't know why it isn't that they could offer one thing and sell you something else.
