Ladies at front desk are very rude! Gave me a room with someone already in it, would’ve confirm refund. Never even got to stay! Smh

"i WILL never GO BACK!!!"

Our room was never cleaned or the sheets changed while we were there. We had to take out our own trash and put it in the dumpster. The office was closed when I when we went to check out around 8 a.m. As there was nowhere to leave the keycard I went back to the room and left it on the desk.

The refrigerator and stove

That I didn't get my deposit back I was counting on that deposit funds to get back home I had to leave the hotel and stay at the shelter until a family member could send me and my daughter funds to get back to baton rouge Louisiana
