Nothing chose not to stay there nasty

We booked got there desk clerk stated price has doubled no breakfast no pool nasty bad smell

Close to our travel destination

There were no towels, wash clothes, hand towels, hand soap, toilet paper, or ice bucket. This was not advertised as an extended stay hotel, but is definitely was.

Absolutely nothing. After I booked it I called him to make sure they had a downstairs room because I'm handicapped so I talked to the girl at the desk for like 10 minutes when we got there my husband went in with my ID because I'm handicapped my leg is like a balloon and that I had to go get out and go in anyway and then she tells me that everyone that's in that room has got to have a picture ID. My husband and daughter lost their IDs and a house fire in New York I tried to explain that to the girl nothing doing no ID no staying which she could have told me that on the phone when I talked to her a couple hours before that would have given me plenty of time to book another room. As it was I had to pay $80 for a room and I really upset me so my opinion of them is not very high.

I didn't do breakfast at this location the office was not open until 8:30 am,

The bathroom was very small

Price

I was ok with the cash deposit, and I did get it back, however the fact I had to wait till office to open at 8:30 am to get my cash back instead of an early check out is wrong, and why I won't stay here again
