Cosy apartment , comfortable bed and all the amenities you need for a short stay in Lisbon.

Outside space would be nice, but can’t complain.

Very well located, bus stop in front of the house,clean and well equipped kitchen, new furniture, comfortable bed.

The communication with the property host was terrible. They requested us to pay the city tax and the ridiculous security deposit of 250 euros prior to our arrival and refused to send uz thw check in information before payment of the security deposit even though the cost of the stay has been paid fully. For 2 days before the stay I kept messaging them that the link for the security deposit payment is not working and that I want to have check in information before our arrival. I didn’t receive them. After our arrival we waited for about 20 minutes outside of the apartment on the street while I was trying to get the check in instructions. They kept insisting that I need to pay the security deposit first even though I asked them to meet me at the property due to the link mow working. I also wanted to inspect the apartment first because this attitude was suspicious to me. I finally got the check in instructions and got in the apartment. The first thing that hit me in the nose was smell of mold and humidity. There was black mold in the bathroom, dirty walls in the bedroom and the living room wasn’t properly cleaned. I immediately contacted booking.com and the host. The best fix the host could offer was the they were gonna send a housekeeping team member the next morning to fix that. I had no intention to stat in the moldy apartment and requested cancellation of my reservation and a refund. Booking.com refunded me 15% of the price but the rest was up to the host who was slow to respond to message, ignored my complaints and solved nothing. I haven’t received a single euro from this host as a compensation. This host absolutely don’t care about their guests, they only care about getting as much money from the guests as they can. And they have the audacity to ask for a 250 euros as a security deposit (which is more than 50% of the cost of the whole stay) for a moldy dirty apartment?

Location and decor.

Mold in every room. Under the paint and in the bathroom... black mold. This is an unsafe apartment and should not be rented out to guests on holiday. Hosts asleep at the wheel. Respond late or not at all. When I advised about mold and sent photos they said I needed to tell them earlier as they would have done something. Check in first with person, then virtual so called with 250 euro security deposit. I guess having me move at my inconvenience while on holiday or bleaching out the mold while I am staying there is an acceptable option. Do not rent this place. Dishonest, not as advertised, totally unsafe.

it has the potential to be a good place, but it's not yet there. It has a good size for 3 people to sleep.

Having to pay a deposit is ridiculous (although I travel a lot, this was the first time I had to pay it). She charged me a tourist tax for 3 people (due to the city council) even though my daughter is 10 years old (there is an exemption until 13 years old and she should charge only 2 people). The bathroom has a lot of mould and 3 people cannot have a shower in a sequence (there is hot water only for 15min). It is located on a hill away from restaurants or any other attraction. The host was not very polite.
