Nice little apartment with good facilities in a good location not too far from the centre. Certainly good value for money.

The staff with attitude. Rude and unpleasant to deal with. First day I was there, I received a call from the agent to tell me the electricity wasn't working and would it be OK for them to go in and fix it. It still wasn't working when we returned around 5 hours later and had to wait another hour or so for someone to come. I had asked if this happened a lot and got a rather cheeky response suggesting we'd had too many appliances on. Given that we were out when the electricity went out, the only appliance in use would have been the fridge. Any question asked was met by a defensive response. Not pleasant to deal with which was a pity given it was a nice little apartment.

Big modern bathroom

The property was nice. However, I don't think I would come back to the same one. The reasons are: tv didint working when we arrived, but it was fixed after 2 days of stay; there is something wrong about the electricity in the apartment as we had a few episodes of power cut. It happened around 7 pm. on Friday night at first, and gave a big fright as we didn't know what to do. Tried to call the property owners (4 different numbers showed on the booking system) no one answered. I've texted all numbers, and only then someone came back with the instructions on how to put the electricity back. It was cold in the apartment, and there was a very tiny heater provided that did almost nothing. Every time we used to put owen and the heater on, the power was off. Was really annoying and didn't feel safe. I'm not sure how they passed health and safety standards as there were no smoke detectors in the property. Again, didn't feel very safe. The walls in every room were covered in mould, which again shows a lack of ventilation and warmth in the room. The deposit of 250€ was taken when we arrived, however, it took a while until it was returned. We had to contact the owners a few times until we got it back. Also, the property is on the steep hill that you need to climb or take the bus.

was cheap for a week stay in lisbon

no heating, it was freezing cold, mould growing on the walls, had to keep the dehumidifier on a lot which caused it to be even more cold. no microwave as stated which I really needed as it’s only a small kitchenette. tv wasn’t working and it wasn’t sorted throughout my stay I had to just use my phone to watch things throughout the week. the hot water only worked for about 15 minutes at a time and I had to wait about 6 hours for it to work again …
