3-bed cottage in Sway, New Forest (5 min walk from Sway Train Station)

Post Cottage is well equipped with comfortable furniture to the conservatory and lounge and very comfy beds too. We loved the position with The Silver Hind (good food) to one side and a Londis to the other side. A Co-op and pharmacy etc was also close by and the New Forest Deli and butchers were a short walk up the road. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

The narrow drive to the rear of Londis where the private parking space was located, which we used daily with private gate to the rear garden. There was on-street parking available out front. If you didn't wish to use the car, it is only a 5 minute walk to the train station and bus stop.

Comfortable and clean and local village pubs and shops

Parking width restriction and raised manhole cover which was a particular problem for my car had it has low chassis but there was plenty of parking on main road

The house was in excellent condition. It's located next to the station which was ideal for our family with small child who travelled down by train.

Small bathroom with high sided bath made it difficult to use the shower

Rear parking is tight, front room didn't feel very cozy, some parts dated, priced quite high.

Cottage was well located within the New Forest. Excellent facilities and very clean.

Great location, sandwiched between a pub and a Londis. I brought an ebike, which i was able to securely store in the garden and charge it outside too.

Cosy home, had all the amenities necessary, beds were comfy and it was quiet despite being on a main road.

Lovely cottage in a peaceful and friendly village. Very comfortable for 3 adults. Great location close to shops, train station, and a pub next door. Would recommend breakfast at the Sway Deli. Easy drive to the forest and coast.
