Very clean. Perfect location.

All 3 mattresses was like sleeping on concrete. The pillows were awful. We had the worst nights sleep that we’ve ever had. Struggled to find the cottage as it’s a very tight and small opening. There should at least be a sign saying ‘cottages this way etc’. VERY rude & snotty neighbours. Watching everything that you’re doing , complaining about parking yet on the sheet inside the property it says you CAN park on the back IF there isn’t any parking spaces. We booked to stay 2 nights , we only stayed the 1 night and went home as we couldn’t be doing with the neighbours and the beds were just truly awful. For the price you pay , you’d think you’d get a lot more/a conformable experience A waste of money to be honest.

Nice location but not for the disabled or those with poor mobility

Fabulous cottage in an ideal location. Fixtures, fittings and furniture all of a high standard. Very comfortable we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much

The guide to the cottage should also be paper not just online. This makes it inclusive for people who are not confident with online.

The cottage was beautifully decorated with a well stocked kitchen. We felt at home! The garden is lovely too. There was lots of useful information in the guide book and it was easy to understand the logistics of the house. The hosts were responsive.

Nothing! Everything was great, I have given 9 not 10 because for 10 there would have needed to be something really outstanding, such as some locally sourced food provided for guests.

Knowledge of where the keys were on arrival

Unique and very comfortable for four.

No parking but this is common in Scarborough, tickets and disc were provided for on road parking.
