"Would stay there again!"

All was fine & as expected, unusual parking we were a little unsure if the scratch card over rode the 2 hour limit, which it did!

"Lovely weekend in cosy cottage in central Scarborough location"

Very nicely decorated and well appointed from a furniture and kitchen perspective. Nice location on the headland

Not issues for us but: Position is top of a steep road so not ideal for people with disabilities. Nowhere to sit out.

"A great find, and well worth the money."

We booked for 2 nights at Easter but i could easily have stayed for a week. The property is clean, well presented, and has everything you need. The “secret” garden is a hidden gem with fantastic views, and i don’t think the booking websites advertise this enough. It was amazing to sit and have a morning cup of tea or evening glass of wine with the sound of the birds singing and great views. Even the garden at the back of the property is so much more beautiful than the pictures show. The property is in a lovely area near the castle. It’s up the hill so be prepared to walk up and down a lot. The Scarborough Arms is a lovely local pub serving nice food, with lovely staff too. I will definitely book to visit this beautiful accommodation again.

I was originally a little put off by the damage waiver and i think it would be best if Hotel & Stay hid this in the price instead of hounding for payment. But now i’ve been on the holiday, it wouldn’t worry me.
