GBThe location of the property was great. One street back from the river in Triana and local shops and tapas bars very close by.
The most serious issue during our stay was the security and safety of the property. The kitchen door leading to the external utility/courtyard area could not be properly secured for several days due to a faulty/missing handle and locking mechanism. This issue was reported to the host immediately, however the apartment remained unsecured until four days into our stay. As a result, we did not feel safe sleeping in the property and were extremely uncomfortable leaving personal belongings inside while out during the day. The courtyard area was accessible from surrounding bapartments and despite being told it was occupied only by elderly residents, we witnessed numerous younger people in the building and experienced loud music and shouting late into the night on several occasions. This significantly affected our ability to relax and sleep during the stay. Unfortunately, this was not the only issue. The apartment itself was very different from how it appeared in the listing photographs and did not meet the standard we expected based on the description and reviews. The photographs make the property appear bright, spacious and airy, however in reality the rear bedrooms, living room and kitchen areas were extremely dark due to their position facing into a very small enclosed internal courtyard with limited natural light. The photographs also gave the impression that the living area was much larger than it actually is. Unfortunately this platform only allows me to post four photographs so I cannot fully show the extent of the cleanliness problem. As a family of five, we found the apartment far too cramped to comfortably spend time together. The living area consisted only of a very small two-seater sofa alongside a small dining table with hard chairs, meaning we often ended up sitting separately in our bedrooms as there was insufficient communal space to relax together comfortably. The bedroom air conditioning unit in the twin room was also unusable.

CRLa ubicación, limpieza y la amabilidad del anfitrión. Las habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Viaje con 3 adultos mayores y el lugar estuvo apto para ellos. Está muy bien ubicado, con muchos restaurantes cerca y un carrefur express. Los aires de dos habitaciones funcionó muy bien y el agua caliente nunca fue un problema (es solo saber usar la ducha y listo).
El llavín de la puerta del baño no tenía cierre o yo no lo supe usar. El aire acondicionado del cuarto con dos camas no funcionó bien.

ESESKarina muy amable. El alojamiento está muy céntrico y limpio. Es una zona antigua pero está bastante renovado por lo que resulta cómodo.
