FRTrès bon emplacement parfait pour les visites et au coeur du quartier de Triana. C'est un quartier très actif, vivant, bruyant y compris tard le soir .. l'appartement est fonctionnel.

ESEl apartamento está genial muy cerca del río Guadalquivir y del puente de Triana, en una primera planta. El edificio tiene ascensor. En los alrededores hay bares, restaurantes, cafeterías, farmacias.

The appartment was dirty, there was hair in rhe bedsheets, which were obviously overused in one of the bedrooms. Toilet and furniture not clean
PTESESLa extremada pesadez de la propietaria con el registro es excesiva. Hay que pagar un depósito de 100€ y un recargo de 20€ si manchas toallas o sábanas.

Using a mobile phone to gain access to the building, a key would have been better. The shower was hard to understand how to work and provide hot water.
ESLa ubicación es muy buena. En pleno Triana, al lado de la Esperanza. El apartamento es normalito, pero está bien equipado.
Llegamos a la hora acordada y estaba sin limpiar. Tuvimos que esperar a que la chica de la limpieza terminase. Por las molestias causadas nos dejaron dejar el apartamento más tarde de lo establecido, cosa que agradecimos bastante.
