Le ménage n'était pas fait à notre arrivée à 18h car la personne chargée du ménage aurait eu un accident. Nous aurions apprécié être prévenu avant notre arrivée. Nous avons dû attendre une autre femme de ménage qui a terminé à 20h passées. Les plombs sautent lorsque la clim et l'électroménager sont allumés en même temps.
PTPTThe location in Triana. Fair walking distance to the Sevilla Cathedral despite the high temperature in August (43 degrees). Might have been lucky but I was able to find near by free parking place, once just in front of the apartment and another in the next street. The beds are good and the air conditioner.
Kitchen: lack of basic utensils like meal knifes and dish clean towel. I took some minutes to figure it out how the hoven worked to make some pizzas. Kind of old and in need of retirement. If you rent a 3 beds apartment most likely you want to make meals, this is not the best one for that. Bathroom: struggle to find a good water temperature

PLNice place close to the city center, clean, well equipped, easy check in.
- need some maintanance (doors to bathroom and tarrace do not close, air conditioning/heating in one room was broken) - poor contact after check out (I left some clothes and could not take them back)
JONoisy no insulation There are not enough bath towels. TVs not working The bathroom door doesn't lock and doesn't have a lock at all. Some electrical switches are not safe and need maintenance.
There is no coffee machine. No water to drink
