NLLocation couldn’t be better
My brother and I stayed there for 4 days in Jan/25 and that’s what we found: the ap was dirty and messy upon check-in !!! we came for the check-in at 16h as established (earlier than that was not allowed) and the apartment was not ready, we left the luggage there and waited outside for another 2.5h, the apartment was ready at 18:30h only !!! Besides, bathroom’s door is broken… we were locked inside a couple of times, basic items such as toilet paper were not enough for our 4 days stay, and bed linen and towels were provided 1 per person only. Kitchen door was also broken and the cold air from outside was freezing the kitchen area. AC/heater in one of the bedrooms is also broken.

CZHad problem to enter the house with app, with wifi, that was resolved quickly.
I would expect the apt to be a little cleaner, especially the kitchen and bathroom. The walls are really thin,so you can hear neighbours and noise from street.But for 3 room apt, I understand the price and position close to city center us a plus.
