Great location, bed was comfy and the room was clean

The wi-fi isn’t great the TV was buffering couldn’t pick up any channels, Netflix or Prime

Central location clean and comfortable excellent place to stay

Nothing everything was great

Room was renovated. Everything was really neat. The house is really central. There was a shared kitchen wich was a plus.

Mattrace was a bit uncomfortable, room very compact. Although you could put down shutters there is not much privacy once the shutters are opened. The window is barely opening, so you cant exchange the air of the room.

wunderschöne Zimmer, super Lage

Sehr schönes Zimmer, klein aber fein. Super Bad mit Regenwasserdusche. Die Lage war sehr gut, neben einem schönen Café und Altstadt zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkplatz hinter dem Haus zubuchbar. Alles top.

The location near Eyre Square was convenient to the bus and coach stations. The bathroom was beautiful though lacking in places to set belongings. It was quiet when we needed to sleep yet convenient to dining. A TK Maxx is directly across the street if you need something. A great restaurant named Alma is near the backside of TK MAXX. There is a common area outside the units but inside the facility for making tea, or microwave something, along with a place to relax. It is a nice convenience along with a few dishes. A very thoughtful bonus.

Before check in I tried contacting the place to see if we could leave luggage before check in time. I never received a response in time so we had to manage our bags while on a day tour between places. A timely response would have been appreciated. The design of the room provided no place for me to place my suitcase. Even the floor space was extremely limited by the very small room size. It felt like I was standing on my head to pick things out of my suitcase. I refrained from putting it on the bed so as not to soil the linens. Maybe a luggage rack and a few more hooks on the walls would help the room be more user friendly. Also, the front door to the street seemed to be found unlatched at times. This place is great if only one person or only 1 bag, otherwise find a bigger room.

Very central and clean. Quiet and had parking.

Attitude of manager needs work. Promised she’d call me back / email - she didn’t and I was left waiting in the car park for an hour. Told me (when I reported a fault with the exit code box on the car park) that (and I quote “I have been using this car park for years everyday and there is never a fault)….there was a fault and other guests who I spoke to agreed with me!!
