Perfectly located to everything but still quiet

This is my new favorite place to stay in Galway. Very clean, boutique hotel, great location with the cutest café right below it. Wonderfully plush bedding, a roomy shower, in-room refrigerator and AC plus a communal basic kitchenette made every aspect of my stay convenient and comfortable. Most tours depart from a 5 min walk to the room as well, which is nice. Secure parking in city center is also a massive plus. The few issues that I had arise (including my own mistake of leaving my key in the room at a late hour) were expeditiously handled with kindness. They provide a very detailed welcome guide with ultra clear self-check in instructions as well as an after hours contact, whom I did have to call upon -- big thank you to him for his help! (My advice to anyone reading this prior to booking is to review the communication sent prior to your arrival, any issue you have, likely has a solution in there).Thanks to everyone for a wonderful stay!

La présence d’une machine à café qui toutes les 6 minutes faisait du bruit, machine que nous avons fait débrancher (pas possible de le faire nous même !) ainsi que la présence d’un frigo inutile. Pourquoi installer des appareils brouillants dans une chambre d’hotel?, Il n’y avait par contre aucun endroit pour poser vêtements et objets relatifs au voyage, ni dans la chambre ni dans la salle de bain. Le dernier jour, nous entendions la machine à café de la chambre voisine 😧

Room felt cramped and photos gave an impression of more space than there actually was

Great location and quiet despite being on a busy street.

We all had a difficult time squeezing the soap dispensers despite working out at the gym.

Good location close to old town Galway and also close to supermarkets which is convenient. Small room but very well kept and perfect for a short 1 or 2 night stay.
