The apartment was very cozy. Bed was very comfortable. All appliances we needed was available. The Connectivity to the city was very good.

Way of collecting the keys on arrival was bed, since host insisted that someone will personally wait for us in the property, but that was not the case. We waited Infront of the apartment and luckily some lady offered us to use her phone to contact the owner of the property. It turned that we had to do self-check in.

Just neighbourhood.

Freezing cold at nights at winter Electricity outages randomly without any reason and you need to wait owner representative to fix it. The photos are outdated. In reality this place is completely worn out and dirty They charged DEPOSIT worth of 250 euro before checkin - which is ridiculous for that “quality” of service No ventilation or any source of fresh air Dirty furniture and outdate “smart TV” software where nothing works except of the Portugal tv channels.

Lost electricity last day of our trip - staff didn't do anything with it despite flagging it continously throughout the evening

Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, quiet neighborhood

A lot of humidity, mold on the bedroom walls, heater was provided upon request but took a while, some dirty marks on the walls, sometimes it smelled like food when the neighbors cooked because of the ventilation.

Location of the apartment was near to the city centre.

the apartment could be cleaner. there was a problem with waste in the shower.

Nice space for small family. Close to bus stop for travel to centre

Few minor points that could improve it - stains on sofa to be cleaned and shower bracket to be fixed. Otherwise very good

Despite a terrible delay of our flight we were in touch with the host and someone wait for us to give us keys and welcome us. Other advantages: well equipped kitchen; two sets of keys to the door; fast wifi; apartment on the ground floor (no steps); walking distance to tourist attractions; a few grocery stores nearby

humidity (I suppose it's in whole Lisbon not only in this appartment); narrow corridors; apartment on the ground floor (someone can look throught the window but there are anti-burglary blinds); location in the high district
