Washer and dryer did not work. I stayed up both nights trying to handwash my son's jerseys for the tournament we were attending.

The Hot tub and the amount of space and beds

The view was great and the hot tub worked perfectly. The fireplace also worked. Most of the rest of the house had issues.

THe tv remote in the living room did not work. We had to get up and use the buttons on the tv. Outlets in the kitchen and dining did not work. Dishwasher was broken. We found an old greasy scratched pot in the cabinets. After 3 days of asking for at least one fry pan, we did NOT get one. So much for fully stocked kitchen. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher upon our arrival. The outside light flickered horribly. There were HUGE spiders (about the size of half a dollar bill) all over the balcony. We had to go buy spider spray and kill them. They were upstairs and down. The staff did not respond to our requests- They did fix the outlets 2 days before we left and fixed the outside light that day too.
