8 Berth on Golden Palm (Florida GP)

Good location for beach, shops and places to eat. The caravan is spacious and clean and had everything we needed. I would return again, despite the noisy neighbours in the caravan opposite.

Wasn't sure where the main heating for the caravan was or if there was any. It was cold when we arrived in the evening and only found the control for the heating the following morning, but after that everything was fine. Loud music coming from a caravan opposite, which continued until 12.30am kept us awake. Large group of women causing the problem. I was under the impression single sex groups was not allowed and it said the caravan was in a quite part of the site.

Cosy, family feel, dog friendly, some kids beach toys in the property, 2 toilets, hosts were very responsive when we messaged & maintenance always came out the next day however we felt we had to stay in and wait for them otherwise we'd have to leave a key to allow a stranger into caravan, some family games kept under tv, well equipped kitchen

cleaners where still cleaning at check in (not the hosts fault), decking was being fixed upon our arrival, no communication about this, shower head was broken, window by table was zip locked shut which is a health & safety hazard as well as making the living area hot with only 1 small window one side, twin bedroom number 1 had a broken window lever which was super glued back on by maintenance during our stay and then broke off again, other twin bedroom window is barely usable, with duck tape in 1 corner and a very bent metal part making it difficult to open window & even harder to close, carbon monoxide meter started beeping the last night of our stay with no batteries to change, my husbands foot went through the decking

Excellent all round holiday.

Close to everything, Lovely cosy and comfortable caravan, That cosy we even stayed in a couple a nights whilst we was there.

Enough room for our group. Lots of notes from the owner re using too much electricity, turning off switches, where to park, etc. Good to have WiFi , plenty of crockery and cutlery for 8 people. Many homely touches like the provision of games, buckets, spades, sewing kit, first aid kit,

Having to hold the shower head as there was no riser for it. Wobbly dining table
