Clean caravan, ideal location, walking distance to amenities, caravan well equipped, clean and homely. Parking next to the caravan. The owner's communication was brilliant especially my first time using booking.com 😀

Lovely and clean and spacious caravan

Great location with the pool and restaurants nearby close to the beach

It was larger than we thought had 2 bathrooms & all we needed in the kitchen, dvds for children & games, location on the site was good & easy to find

The only thing for me was the beds were very hard that’s personal preference though

The caravan is situated away from the resort club house etc which is a big plus for us. The caravan was lovely, very clean great choice of cds and dvds. Lots of kids buckets and spades, kites etc the site was very clean, had all the amenities you need. The food on site wasn't what we are use too. But that was all I could really pick holes in. The site itself has great entertainment, an arcade, bingo on constantly. The swimming pool looked great. There's an adventure golf course on site too. Also the caravan had WiFi which was a life saver with our autistic son. The hosts were amazing with any questions we had. Chapel st Leonards is definitely a hidden gem what a beautiful place.

The food from palm resort wasn't exactly our cup of tea, we got doughnuts from the stand opposite the arcade.... Just put it politely the smell coming from them I wouldn't let any of my family eat them.

Spacious, comfortable caravan in a quieter part of the park but still close to the amenities. Fully equipped with everything you could need. Straightforward check in and great communication with hosts.

nothing ! on arrival I text the owners and said the caravan was covered in dust and the carpet was dust. I had no reply
