Locations great been at this site a lot Nice table and chairs, good lounge space and bedroom space

Shower was awful , a drizzle and either scolding or freezing Could have been cleaner Beds were so uncomfortable, can feel every spring Front door always got stuck

Very clean chalet.

Pretty dated. Dvd player couldn't actually be used as no way to connect to the TV.

Couldnt get electric meter to take coins called number given no reply and no call back

The location was great, and there was lots of space outside for the kids to play. The club and amusements were fun for everyone, and the staff are lovely and helpful

The accommodation wasn't up to standard. The TV worked sometimes. No blinds/curtains on the kitchen and bathroom windows. The shower cut out. Make sure you have pound coins for the electricity meter

Not too far from beach, sea front etc, shop nearby,

Tv didn’t work, one plug socket in each room, no room or mirrors to get ready or plug sockets nearby for hair dryer etc baring in mind there was 4 of us staying in the property needing to get ready, no wifi options, bad phone signal, freezer didn’t work properly wasn’t even cold, shower didn’t work properly water just trickling out,

The fact it ws two stories

The tv was dated,the appliances were dated ,the smoke alarm was sat on the fireplace rather than ceiling, no WiFi

Location was good and there was local facilities and amusements.

We didn't like the cleanliness of chalet. On arrival there were flying ants 🐜 all over the windows inside and out. Electronics throughout the house where either broken, unsafe, or dirty. E.g. the cooker hob control was missing, inside fridge door shelves were broken, the smoke alarm was just lying on the mantlepiece. There was rubbish within the sofa and had stains on it. There was only one pillow per person, however on the pictures it was displayed as two. The mattress and pillow cases look like they need a wash, all mattress had spring problems with them digging into your back, especially with both the single beds, and the double bed was held up with two pieces of wood in the middle, but does not look stable at all and didn't feel like it. All appliances and utensils were dirty and hadn't been cleaned, so we had to buy our own plates and cutlery to beable to even eat. And a question 🤔 that boggles our minds, why are there two lamps in the master bedroom with only one plug socket? Very confusing 😕.
