The kitchen was nice, fully stocked with pots; dishes, utensils

The beds and pillows were not comfortable and sheets were too big, slid around all night. The towels in the bathroom were thin and cheap. Only had 4 towels and washcloths for a 7 night stay for 2 people.We had to wash them half way through stay. The front patio was not easy to maneuver 2 people at once, could not use. Side patio was fine. Many noises throughout the night. Banging of pipes in hotel and you could hear the elevator running all night

The room was as described and matched the photos. There was no checking in since we received access codes to the hotel exterior and the apartment door code via email

The common use washer and dryers that were located on 4 separate floors were tagged as out of order so I had to drive to a laundromat 10 miles away to wash our clothes/blankets and sheets. There was also a partial black out in the city one evening due to transformers blowing. The hotel generators had one elevator operational as I would never have been able to climb 17 floors to reach our room/suite. The city did restore the power in less than 2 hours.

The Apartment felt like home when we arrived. The decor was beautiful, yet very stylish. The two balconies were refreshing. My Sister and I felt very safe.
