I really like the facilities in this apartment. There’s a playground, swimming pool, and gym. It’s also very convenient to find food since there’s a restaurant just across the lobby.

As soon as we entered the apartment, there was a bad smell. The toilet doesn’t have an exhaust fan, so the whole apartment smells like the bathroom. The place was also a bit dusty. Other than the smell and dust issue, everything else was fine — but the odor really affects the mood.

Swimming pool

We were very disappointed with our recent stay. The host or admin did not provide any check-in information or contact us at least two hours before our arrival. When we reached out for help, the admin claimed that no phone number was provided in the booking, an excuse we've never encountered in all our years of using booking platforms. A day after we checked in, we discovered that three air conditioners were not functioning properly. One had a serious water leakage issue, while the other two were not cooling at all. One of the rooms became very smelly due to the broken air conditioning. When we reported these issues, instead of offering proper assistance, the admin responded with unprofessional words and try to blamed us for not reporting the problem earlier. We were told that someone would be sent to check the air conditioners, but no one ever showed up. Overall, the experience was very frustrating due to poor communication, lack of responsibility, and unprofessional handling of basic facility issues. We would not recommend this homestay unless these problems are properly addressed.
