Homestay location. Balcony and security

Kitchen sink was clogged. Only got to know before check in. One Toilet sink was also clogged. Toilet abit dirty. Only one toilet have heater. Other than that was okay because we took for one night only

AIRCOND NOT FUNCTION - 1 BEDROOM - FAN MODE ONLY. ONE OF THE ACCESS CARD FAILED TO USE. THE OWNER/STAFF WHO ARE RESPONSIBLE TO CONTACT AND GIVE CHECK IN INSTRUCTION TOO SLOW (VERY SLOW). AT 3.15PM STILL NO INFO AND CUSTOMER NEED TO CONTACT FIRST. DEPOSIT ISSUE: 1) LAST MINUTES TO INFORM ABOUT THE DEPOSIT AT 3.15PM, CUSTOMER ALREADY NEARBY. 2) NO RESPONSE WHEN CUSTOMER ASK ABOUT DEPOSIT REFUND (IGNORED WHATSAPP - START FROM CHECK OUT TILL 48 HOURS) 3) DEPOSIT HAS BEEN CREDITED AFTER 48 HOURS+++++ AND STILL NO CONTACT ASKING FOR ACCOUNT DETAILS (REFUND PURPOSE), CUSTOMER FOLLOW UP CLOSELY AND SEND THE ACCOUNT DETAILS IN ADVANCE. THE PLACE IS SO NICE, ACCOMODATION SO OK EXCEPT FOR THE AIRCOND NOT FUNCTION WELL MAYBE SERVICE ISSUE. THE WORST PART IS THE OWNER/STAFF VERY SLOW/ TROUBLE THE CUSTOMER.

1. The air conditioner is not cool, we slept in hot. 2. A strong smell from bathroom, whole night is very uncomfortable with the bad strong smell of sewer. 3. The additional bed didn’t provide blanket and pillow at all.
