El Medano Center - close to the beach !

The apartment is clean, but… There were small crawling insects everywhere — though not the often-mentioned “ants.” The ones in the apartment were much smaller and lighter in color. They didn’t really resemble the ants commonly found in Europe. I’d rather assume they were dust mites — at least that’s what Google suggests. These tiny creatures were everywhere. I couldn’t leave anything lying around. They were even inside my laptop, probably because tiny skin particles and crumbs had collected between the keys, or other particles they used as food. The thought of them being inside my laptop worried me, but fortunately, everything’s fine — no short circuit. These bugs were really annoying. The sliding wardrobe doesn’t open or close properly, which makes it hardly usable. In the bathroom, the toilet is only a few centimeters away from the sink cabinet, which makes sitting difficult for larger people. The shower is small but was still okay for me. Due to the high humidity in the apartment and the lack of ventilation in the bathroom, the silicone joints had become moldy and were coming loose. For five days, there was only one small and one large towel, but no additional hand towel. There was also no place to hang a hand towel next to the sink — only a few hooks opposite the shower. The kitchen is equipped with all the dishes and utensils you’d typically need. Things like spices or oil were missing, which was fine with me for hygienic reasons. I did appreciate the four coffee capsules for five days, though. According to the landlord, the garbage bins were located across from the apartment, but I couldn’t find them. So at the end of my stay, I left the trash outside the door. You can hear every word the neighbors say. In my case, they weren’t loud, so it was fine. All in all, it’s a clean and affordable apartment that has a problem with uninvited guests (“ants”). Probably unbearable in summer, but tolerable in autumn.

La ubicación es excelente. Tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar y la cama y el sofá son súper cómodos. Todo estaba muy limpio.

Прекрасная, уютная и чистая квартира в самом центре Эль Медано. Есть собственный балкон. Квартира оборудована всем необходимым, посуда и все принадлежности были чистыми, что редко встретишь в апартаментах. Есть хорошая духовка и стиральная машинка. Заселение прошло быстро и комфортно. Ваф фай работал отлично.

Todo bien ninguna queja

Clean, comfortable, with good facilities and in the perfect location by the beach. Check in was really easy and the owner was really helpful, answering questions quickly and helping me arrange a taxi at the end of my trip.

The location of the apartment is almost perfect. It is so near everything, supermarkets, restaurants, bus station and beach, although El Medano is also small town in the first place, but still, the location is perfect, because you will not hear almost any noise after 22-23, so you can sleep well. The living room is very spacious and it is connected with the kitchen and the balcony.

They need to renovate the bedroom as the closets over there are old and even dysfunctional. Also, they need to fix the issue with the very small insects in the kitchen (they are not an issue, but it is not good to see them). Also, on the practical note, if you are renting an apartment and you know that the guest will be there for a longer period of time, it is expected to left more basic necessities in bathroom.

It’s small and cozy perfect for a couple. Super comfortable and pretty. It has everything you need and its location is perfect

There wasn’t a microwave but it wasn’t a problem as there was an oven and a lot of other kitchen equipment which was sufficient for what i needed to do

It was close to the beach and restaurants. Lovely resort

Ants were a problem but the lady came to assist. More information is need to find the refuge. Hot water for shower is limited. It would be good if there was an information pack if you arrive late at night.
