6 Berth heated on The Chase (Albany II)

The location was great for where we needed to be! The staff was on hand always when we needed. Great communication from them.

The caravan itself needs some serious tlc it's very dated, the smell of damp was horrible the shower we did not touch as it was mouldy! There was a sticky fly catcher hung on a canvas picture with 20 plus dead flies on there I can only imagine how long that has been there as fly season is over! The pull out bed in the living room was damp and smelly we did not use that! The whole caravan was freezing the heating was extremely poor! We had to sleep with pjarmas over our clothes to help keep us warm bare in mind we had 3 young children staying in there with us that was waking in the night crying they was freezing! The onsite pub was great for kids but they stopped serving food at 4! And then didn't open on a morning for breakfast it didn't open until 12!

Everything , good location and caravan everything we needed was here too.

No oven gloves but absolutely nothing. Very organised owners.

Caravan needs new mattress on all beds pillows, curtains ripped mould on curtains handles broken, no protectors on mattresses, and smelt damp, very small would not take small children there..spoke to who booked with for a reduction but not heard anything back would not recommend to anyone

Was a very clean spacious caravan great value for money for my partners first time to Skegness.

There was no WiFi in the caravan which my children struggled with

Caravan was nice and clean, all facilities were available apart from Wi-Fi. It was my first experience in caravan, really enjoyed with family.
