6 Berth heated on The Chase (Albany II)

Very unclean. Damage throughout the caravan. Blamed for damage and took damage deposit money. Big scam.

Shower was moldy cold and sofas was wet damp and no cleaning equipment plates was all greasy as well as cooker cobwebs on lighting and no internet

Caravan was lovely such a nice little place to stay for the weekend beds was comfortable shower was lovely and hot had a good weekend would visit again

It was generally pleasant experience. We had a pleasant stay. We all love and appreciate the time we spent there. The owners are very friendly and kept proper lines for communications. We left the property very clean. I recommend this for anyone who likes to use it. There was a beautiful fireworks by Butlins on our final night....everyone came out and recorded!

plenty of room for family of 5 had a lovely weekend away

the kitchen flooring by the sink felt unsafe when standing theres a big dip in the flooring unsure what this was and the plastics on the side of the van were a-bit broken i contacted the owners regarding this. Also its the only caravan we have stayed where you have to buy your own supplies as in washing up liquid, cloths etc which i did purchase from the shop on site caravan felt a little dated and would benefit from a freshen up but we didn’t spend much time in the caravan so wasn’t to bothered by this.
