Great stay at this fabulous property. Loved the ambiance, staying nestled in the laps of nature, proximity to beaches closeby, and the top-notch service.

It's not a dislike, a suggestion to have more Indian options in breakfast and overall menu.

The location was perfect and I loved it.

The breakfast menu was a letdown and it could have been better, the restroom ventilation was not proper and the smell was still there when the exhaust fan was running all day and night.

It was great and fine property to stay in calm

We ordered some food from the property and it was hell costly. Just a two piece of boiled egg costed us 167 rupees.. lol Also, the breakfast has very limited options and delivery time was also long as they used to prepare it out side the property

"Charming and comfortable"

The location is ideal for those who want to be close to the action in North Goa while relishing the relative calm of the South. Rooms are cosy and well put together.

We faced some problems with the water. Hopefully they can rectify this soon!

The experience is superb. Rohan is an amazing host. I and my family had visited Casa do Leao in May 2024, the property is little away from the city but the ambience is super good. The property is well maintained and even the restaurant has good food options. Rohan helped us with few suggestions on where all to go around in Goa. The staff was also very helpful, polite and friendly. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.
