"Short night.comfortable bed close to many dining choices"

Went down to breakfast. Normal area under construction so relocated to a small room. Young lady working breakfast area was smiling, friendly, and busted her rear to keep area stocked and clean. What a sweetheart. Thank you Kelsey for your kindness and attention to detail & service

"If that man didn’t work there it would have been ok but he made my experience miserable"

I didn’t like anything about this property! This was probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had while staying in a motel/inn/hotel. Hopefully the owners/management have made drastic changes in order to improve their guest’s stay at their establishment since I was there.

I anticipated one of the staff members warmly greeting me upon arrival and eagerly assisting with all my check in needs but the treatment I received was nothing like I’ve ever experienced as a paying guest at a motel. First off I booked my stay for December 25, 2024, Christmas Day, because I was having some personal issues so I desperately needed a safe place to stay. I arrived at the motel early around 4:30 AM or 5:00 AM and asked if I could have an early check in. He said, “No, you have to request early check-in when you book the room and there is a fee. The earliest you can check/in is around 7-8AM (I can’t remember the exact time he told me).” He was very rude and acted extremely annoyed when I asked him if I could just check-in then. I gave up and told him I’ll just wait in my car for 2-3 hrs even though it was Christmas day and it was rainy and very cold. My phone was almost dead and I didn’t have a way to charge it so I asked him if I could plug in my charger so I could charge my dead phone. He looked at me with disgust and said, “There isn’t a place to charge your phone in the motel lobby.” I looked around and saw many different wall outlets that were available for me to plug-in my phone charger but he refused to let me use any of them. There was even a small room in the front of the lobby off to the side where guest could have access to a computer and printer but he wouldn’t let me use that area either just to charge my phone. He motioned for me to go outside and use the outlet that was outside the front door on the other side of a rot iron bench. They used the outlet to plug-in their Christmas lights and usually I wouldn’t mind but it was raining and freezing outside at that time so it was miserable and my phone kept getting wet. I finally abandoned that idea and decided to wait it out in my car without a phone. It wasn’t a clean place either. The bathroom was not cleaned well at all.
