The non smoking rooms where full of cigarette smoke. So i moved to another room and that room smelled like dope. Which that air out quick.

I would greatly not recommend this hotel!! Very un clean, blankets had burn marks, bed had plywood underneath it, people.doing drugs all.around, walked.right out of this hotel.

We checked in very late at night, and the night time clerk was nice, but extremely hard to hear through the partition and took a looooong time to get my keys ready......

This place is horrible and should be condemned and torn down.

If you’re someone who only needs a bed to sleep in, this definitely does the job. The rooms smell like cigarettes even if you choose non-smoking, the bed sheets and pillows have cigarette burns, door was missing a lock, not the best place ive stayed at but it was conveniently near the Frost Bank Center and staff was nice and helpful

Parking was okay. Room smelled horrible. Black mold was on bathroom ceiling. Cigarette burns on the linens. Cracked sink bowl & mirror. Mini refrigerator was not working even when plugged in. Just to name a few.

I got to the front desk and was told I DID NOT have a reservation. They seemed like they were new employees. So I was never allowed to stay. This is unacceptable. No fault of mine, but I may be charged anyway. I demand an investigation into this matter!!!
