Motel 6 San Antonio, TX - Frost Bank Center

Room was filthy and reeked of cigarette smoke. It was so bad, that once home, my luggage and belongings all had a horrible odor. Floors dirty, and cigarette burns in the bed linens. Nasty :-(

I paid for my room online and used my credit of $12.83 and ordered a fridge and microwave and the room they gave me didn't have either or not lock on the door which looked like it had been kicked in roaches everywhere and I'm pregnant n wasn't feeling so good and in the am I'm sleeping there banging on the door like the police told them I was gonna renew jus waiting for my check to hit my card and gave me attitude and den it's about 1125 I go to pay and they refused service for renewal and then was told to pack up so I did took me a quick shower and their staff lady banhs on door yells at the top of her lungs that she has called the cops and I shouldn't not of token a bath at all should been the hell out of there since 11 am and for someone to give her her cell phone to call the cops again that she could have me arrested for trespassing and treason and I'm like wow really when ur the ones who decided not to let me renew all last minute never in my life have I ever mistreated by a hotel staff never again

Scary place to stay, seems like there's something going on at this place at night, I'm not going to elaborate. We step into the room and we walk out right away. I spoke to the clerk to get a refund and she refused.

This property did not honor our reservation and said people should not make reservations on-line but in person as rooms are often not available. This property is in poor shape and you have to deal with people through a small window and when we arrived to check at the designated time, the lady said rooms are not finished yet. Then we found out about our reservation. Awful experience.

Didnt stay. Hotel was in no condition for occupancy. Created a safety and health hazard. Was extremely hot. Construction was not complete. Elevator was out. No amenities

the room is dirty no towels the sheets and everything was dirty bad smelling this is the worst service i have ever received in motel 6 theres is a person in the front desk GINA rude she denied TOWELS!!! horrible experience i wil never comeback neither to this nor to other motel 6 and i wll tell everybody about my experience DOT COME!!! let them get broke they cant be on business with this service.

Seemed liked a hang out with drinking music outside and large dogs on chains walking around Checked in and checked right out

Was given a dnr due to not checking out at 11 but they didn't knock on our door until 12
