location is perfect! right on the doorstep to the shopping centre, 5 minute walk to the old town and new town. bed was really comfortable. great water pressure in the shower. pool was bigger and deeper than we expected.

pool was not heated but it was refreshing to get into after lying in the heat all afternoon

Apartamento bien situado, tranquilo, cómodo. Disponibilidad de hamacas y piscina agradable. Mucho aparcamiento en los alrededores. Un centro comercial justo al lado. Playas y supermercados cerca. Puerto del Carmen está bien situado y comunicado para las distintas excursiones por la isla.

Excellent location. 5 min walk to the new and old towns. Close to the biosphere shopping centre and very quiet The apartment was very clean with plenty of amenities.

Hot water was in short supply in the morning. Ali assume due to other apartments round about you accessing the water. By afternoon the water was fine though.

Good location to get to the beach, restaurants and supermarket.

The apartment was up a steep hill. No view as it was overlooked by a residential apartment block

Really nice and comfortable apartment. Like home from home. Only two downsides were that the fan was completely covered in dust so had to clean it before I turned it on or the bedroom would have been covered in dust. Also, when I turned up half an hour after my designated check in time to check in I had to wait an hour for the cleaners to finish cleaning.

I thought the heated pool could have been warmer It only had small inlets for heated water Not enough for the size of pool Also there was no heater in the apartment So we had to use the oven a couple of times coming out the shower etc Also We only had one sun lounger for 2 adults But we managed to acquire one from the patio Other than that all good 👍

Location was very good. Well maintained property . Right next to shopping Center .

Pool was not heated . Main reason for booking the property ☹️
