Casa Appia -300M From the Beach with Heated Pool By Lanzarote Vacation Homes

Lovely apartment, well equipped with everything you need, beds were comfortable and it was a bonus having a washing machine, even tho it was in the bathroom, close to shopping centre, only used the pool once says it is a heated pool but to me it was cold, had no warm water one evening rang them up and it was sorted very quickly, I would stay here again..

Lovely, well equipped apartment in a great location, close to bars, restaurants and shopping centre in the old town.

Check out was a little early at 10 am. Would have been nice to have had a small welcome pack with some basics for arrival.

Location was good Close to everything bisofera plaza on door step a bonus. Apartment light and airy with everything you need for self catering holiday. Sun on patio from early morning. Neighbours (long stay) very friendly.

Poor view from patio, hilly area, no on site reception however they always acted promptly to any issues we had, stairs to negotiate.

Less than 100 mtrs from Shopping Centre (which has a large Spar)..very close to both the old and new town...amenities in the apt were good,though bathroom was rather cramped,especially with a washing machine,although handy, stuck in the corner..plenty of extra sheets,pillows etc if required..otherwise you were left to your own devices regarding its cleaning and upkèep(no cleaners banging on your door early in the morning and all that which suited.

The communication between myself and the people looking after the apartment was top class. Had to email them twice about small things and received replies almost immediately and things were sorted
