Perfect apartment in a lovely complex. Very quiet as a lot are owned by locals. Lovely pool bar with nice reasonably priced food. Owner very friendly and responsive. Would stay again😊

I had some dealings with a young lady by the same of Sandra. I would just like to say how helpful and friendly she was even though we had a language barrier. We conversed through WhatsApp language conversation. You've got a gem there, so please let her know that her help was greatly appreciated.

The complex was very secure with gates to enter the complex both for vehicles and for pedestrians with a very secure parking area. The area was very quiet although beach and restaurants were easy to walk to. The apartment was very spacious and clean with a lovely balcony and a view of the sea. There was a nice pool and a pool bar but we did not use these during our stay. Bed was very large and comfortable. the kitchen had a large fridge and freezer and plenty of utensils although we ate out most of the time.

The host give the wrong code for the key box. This was right art the beginning of the email and wrong later on in the same email. This needs to be corrected. We phoned for the correct code and were given the wrong code three times before being given the correct code. This was very frustrating. The pillows on the bed need replacing and the shower needs sorting as this does splash onto the floor however careful you are. The apartment instructions need to be in English as well as Spanish, as we did rent from an English company. We were unable to use the TV as this again was only in Spanish.

Beautiful apartment with everything you need, lovely personal touches and welcome treats eg. Bottle cava, chocolates, bottled water, even a Christmas tree , lovely pool and gardens, very secure and quiet, will be booking again, we come to costa teguise every year and this is the best apartment we've ever stopped in, also has fantastic sea views from the balcony and on new years eve we spent midnight on our balcony with a bottle of wine watching all the fireworks go off, we could see for miles it was spectacular 😀

The apartment was spacious, very clean and confortable, well equipped with everything we needed. We had a large balcony with a panoramic views, including a sea view. It was in a great and quiet location (which we liked a lot) and the gated complex felt very secure. The apartment is within walking distance of the beach, to the main area of Costa Teguise, restaurants, shops and to the bus station for other destinations of the island. There is also a Spar store nearby. The communication with the host , check-in /check out was very good. The host was kind and answered quickly to the questions we had. We really enjoyed our stay here, so we would definitely come back and highly recommend it.
