I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough, exactly as it is described. Spotless, great location, lovely balcony with sea views, 2 lovely pools in a nice quiet complex and the hosts couldn't have been more helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The appliances (fridge, etc.) were new

1) The whole residence is an old apartment complex from the 80s, semi-abandoned and very creepy. 2)The apartment looks renovated in the pictures but the reality is that the quality of the renovation is very poor. It looks like the owner does not care too much as they were not even able to remove IKEA tags from the furniture and decorations(?!). For some reason there were Christmas decoration in mid September. 3) It is really scary to go back there in the evening at dark. 4) The view from the balcony is on an abandoned football pitch and there are huge empty flower pots for no reason on the balcony 5) we found long black hair in the towels and the sheets smelled very badly as if someone has already slept there 6) the parts of the apartment that are not renovated smell badly, such as the wardrobes and shelves in the kitchen 7) next to the entrance to the apartment there is a terrace with abandoned stuff from some renovation works with an old bathtub (?!)

Very good communication, easy to find the apartment, you will receive all the instructions. You can get there easily by bus from the airport. The place is very clean, large, has all the necessary equipment, a beautiful balcony and access to the pool (clean, cleaned every day). A few minutes walk to the beach and the city center. Easy parking if you come by car. Highly recommended, we enjoyed it very much.

The whole experience was marvellous. The host was very reliable, all the information needed for gaining access to the apartment, WiFi and key codes to gated areas. The complex is very tidy. The apartment is spotlessly clean, the appliances were of a high standard.....fridge/freezer, microwave, television, washer dryer, oven/ hob......... and the biggest and most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. A bathroom with a walk in shower giving ample hot water. The veranda with a 180° sea view had sunshine from sunrise to sunset, the finishing touches to the decor were lovely and well presented There are two lovely pools, again spotlessly clean and a pool bar serving meals with a good selection of wines, beers and spirits. A 10 minute walk to Las chucharas beach. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment .
