Close to the airport and to a Chinese university.

The room per se was not that bad, but there were many cockroaches. Hopefully we didn't bring eggs back home. A deposit of RM 200 (ca 40 EUR) is requested upon arrival - I believe this is NOT specified on Booking.com, otherwise you will not receive instructions for checking in. The same deposit was refunded a couple of days after, so no complains, and the staff was generally helpful overall. I texted them about the cockroaches and was told they come from the outside despite their frequent pest control, but I am not that sure this is true. There were many eggs-looking black stuff under the sink, bugs were even on the bedsheets. The coach then was full of stains and human hair, and in the bathroom there was a scent of sewage. Not recommended, overall.

. Host were very proactive and had good communication. Close to train station and facilities in building was great. Veriety of restaurant close-by and supermarkets. Beautiful surroundings in a quite setting. Easy to travel to the city.

The lack of cutlery in kitchen. e.g. no glasses, tea spoons, and no beside tables.

Parking and location were okay (near the airport). Okay for people with a tight budget

Had such an unpleasant experience with the host, I was traveling in a rented car with young kids from Langkawi Island to KUL, had to catch a very early flight the next morning, it was just a few hours' stay, and I informed the host about the whole situation. However, the host was not willing to share even the check-in information till I arrived and paid the security fee of 200RM late at night. Had never faced such an issue in my life, booked 100s of times using Booking.com. In addition to this, the unit was small and the washroom was smelly, with many of the fitting, taps etc were damaged and require repair.
