Bed too hard. Bedsheet worn out.

The surrounding area is peaceful There are cafe and convenient stores. The cafes price are reasonable as it was located near college. The gym offer decent facilities and patrol by guard to check on safety. Liked the swimming pool overseeing the outside area. The place is also guarded and can only be accesible with scanned cards. The property is superb clean and spacious. Will definitely visit again.The best is the fast response from the customer service team. Excellent follow up with detail on check in. Will make sure the stay is memorable. Great job n keep it up!

The host contacted me through whatsapp and asked for RM200 deposit, which was never mentioned in the description. The host did not send me the check-in procedure until I paid the RM200 deposit. My booking was a non-refundable type, so I was left with no choice but to pay. I got my deposit later but I prefer to be informed about this deposit in the description. He also told me to join a whatsapp group without a clear reason why I should do that and required me to send pictures of Identify Cards of adult guests. Finally, the check-in procedure was provided but it was quite brief and please be reminded the host could not speak (I think she cannot speak in English/Malay, perhaps a foreigner??). I could only whatsapp her. She replied quickly but imagine driving with kids, raining, tired from travelling, carrying lots of stuff while going from the parking lot to the apartment, I prefer someone who I can just call. - No drinking water provided. - Iron not really hot.

Nice apartment good for family of 4. Nice pool if you have time. Good option if you have a long layover

It was super clean and really thankful that the really keep the floor clean because we have a crawling baby and it was important for us that the floor is really clean. Besides that, it was nice that they have two double beds in the apartment. The location is very convenient too as there are a lot of food shops and mini markets to get your daily items.
