The house was immaculately clean and the beds were really comfortable

Lovely looking house

Had everything we required. Lovely home and with a few small upgrades could be fabulous. Definitely not beauluxe in its current condition.

Lounge floor chipped in alot of places and lifting, needs replaced. Dripping tap in kitchen and downstairs bathroom. Bulb needs replaced in ceiling light in lounge. Wall needs painted near patio doors behind table. We had problems with heating not being on when it should of been as advertised in house information booklet. Cream carpets on stairs and bedrooms not ideal of an air bnb as stains where visible throughout. No way to open skylight in top floor ensuite after showering to let stream out.

Lekkende kranen, koud/lauwe douche op bovenste verdieping, beschadigd laminaat woonkamer. Irritante schommelstoelen in woonkamer.

Great roomy house. Close to the wedding venue. Less than €5 for an Uber.

Luckily the stairs to both upper floors didn’t present a problem to us. Maybe think again if you’re not good at climbing stairs.

Modern, nice decor and spacious, having two bathrooms helped, great location for Royle Forest wedding venue, worked for what we needed. Easy check in instructions. Shops close by. Manual good for local amenities

Kitchen could do with correct amount of crockery for guests, some extra utensils for cooking, kitchen roll/foil, salt & pepper etc it felt quite bare but that’s a personal choice. Mirrors required in bedrooms for getting ready, lighter quilts for summer months would have been helpful. Instructions for tv and hot water, ours ran out Saturday morning despite only 3 people showering, not ideal! Randomly had someone knock on the door not long after arrival to sort the garden? Friday evening, strange surely that would be completed outside of guests staying.

The location was great, central for exploring Derbyshire.

There wasn't enough cooking utensils provided, not enough pots/pans and baking trays, also a lack of mixing bowls, microwavable bowls, knives for cooking and serving spoons, etc. There were no chests of drawers in any of the bedrooms; the twin room had no storage at all. The double bedroom on the first floor had a three-quarter-size double bed; it should have been declared in the description of the room, as it is not a full double bed. There was only one bedside table with a lamp that didn't work. The main bedroom is on the second floor, and there are no lamps either. The rocking chairs in the lounge/diner were uncomfortable and not ideal to sit and watch TV for more than half an hour. The sofa is only big enough for three people; it can fit four, but it's a bit of a squeeze. There is not enough lighting over the dining table.
