This apartment was perfect a nice flat screen Tv the property was clean and tidy too no issues at all even checking in was easy the staff are very helpful I would 100% reccomend booking this place if you want a stay that’s hassle free book this place!!!

Nothing really…

Getting in the building the stink of trash was excruciating. The apartment was on the 3rd floor and the first thing that one smells is a bad smell combined with strong room deodorizer. Once we got in we realized that none (!!!) of the heaters were working and the temperature out was close to 0. The television remote didn’t work so there was no way to turn it on. The bedside lamps in one of the two rooms were without bulbs and in the other room the remote that turns them on wasn’t working. There were no instructions on how to connect to the WiFi (if there was any… no idea…). We immediately called the company and they sent two maintenance staff within half an hour. The two men struggled with all of those problems (they had never been in that flat before) and only managed to fix the one heater. The managed to turn the tv on but then they couldn’t turn it off :) so they unplugged it. We immediately left and got a full refund (well we got an email saying that we will get a full refund, the refund hasn’t appeared yet but I think that’s normal, it takes a few days). Also it is impossible to park around there… the parking in the street is for permit holders only and if you don’t have a permit you can only book 2-hour slots. The staff (both over what’s app and the maintenance guys) were very polite.
