Nothing actually

They advertise for shuttle on booking.com but they don't actually provide it, I'm trying to get a refund from booking.com since I ended up not staying at the hotel.

Rooms were clean and neat. No bed bugs

The person at the front desk was not the best. He did not fulfill my request, he did basically gave me what he felt like giving me. Then, I had to speak with the supervisor to get what I requested, and he just laughed about it. Because of this person, I would not come back to that bay mount location.

nice and easy checkin, light on the pocket, good spacious rooms, quiet locality.

Poor Breakfast - i- Juice Machines, broken: NO JUICES ii- No eggs iii- No Hot water for tea iv- MILD at best (temperature for coffee and water) Only bananas in fruits, there were only muffins and white bread and some bagels. No Water - There's only a fountain behind the gym, and you either drink or fill from it ATM Machine on site: Broken also Seems like the owners are trying to cut corners and just keep the place runnin

Outside appeared ok, but unkept nearby, so that detracts from hotel aesthetics. Young lady operating desk on Thursday evening was professional in her manner and appearance, but other employees were unkept and even looked unclean! More attention to appearance is required for travelers.

Terrible breakfast with mostly unhealthy food. Opened too late for many travelers to enjoy a light meal before having to go to airport. Driver to airport was pleasant and helpful but must keep a rigid time frame. Must not turn around for late-comers! That just enables travelers to operate as they wish on their own schedules. Rooms need to be more warm appearing…. Wall photos or art, a few amenities like available Kleenex, coffee maker, soap, and shampoo. I realize the hotel price is for the bargain traveler, but little things make a difference.

We did not stay and asked for refund, The clerk told us he had no handicap room or wheelchair, and the elevator was down and we would have to take the stairs. Plus the Wifi was out in the area. We never made it to any room and requested a refund. He told us the Manager had to do it and call him in the morning. Well we called and the Manager was not in.

Manager got me an Uber to return to airport after check out.

TV wouldn't connect to anything not sure why. Only coffee or tea for breakfast no juices!! Vending machines had very little in them but was convenience stores within walking distance

Location wasn’t close to airport and breakfast wouldn’t have been bad except the bums came in and eat most of it and it wasn’t replenished!

Place was dirty and bums came in to eat the breakfast!

They charged me more than I was supposed to be charged. They told me some crap about a warranty fee. I said you can’t charge me more than booking.com charged me and they didn’t care. Shampoo dispenser out and all of the breakfast food was gone. No microwave in room
