"The staff and service were very pleasant."

Breakfast wasn't so grand with a lot of variety. It was just okay to get ypu started for the day. My kids were okay with it but wanted a lot more of variety to pick from.

More food options for breakfast.

"Terrible experience unfortunately"

Room was decent for price. Nice location.

First of all. There was no microwave. Bathroom lock was broken. The guy across from us was loud. He was in the hallway talking on the phone LOUDLY. There was body wash as handwash in the bathroom. BODYWASH FOR HANDWASH. No coffee machine. I've been to plenty of hotels and they have basics like microwave, coffee machine and hand soap. Bath tub had no water. I turned the knob in all direction but no water. On our way out, the door got stuck. We had to wiggle the lock to open the door.

Sink is clogged, so we used bath tub, only one light bulb working. Musty smell in hall way..

"Horrible, dirty and was racially harrased"

Nothing

Location seemed unsafe. Homeless people drinking in front of building. Was racially harassed by said people and felt uncomfortable staying there. Spoke with front desk about canceling and they were very rude. Told them I felt unsafe staying there due mentioned events and recent heart surgery. Front desk said "Do whatever you want and hung up".
