Baymont by Wyndham - Chicago - Addison - O'Hare

I was stuck at Ohare due to delayed flight and cancelled connecting flight, arrived around 10:00 pm. Had a previous unpleasant experience sleeping on floor there. Fortunately an airline person gave me a website to find a hotel. This one was relatively well ranked and less expensive. getting a bed was nice. Staff were good.

Frozen waffles for breakfast were not good. Many hotels have waffle makers. Also there waas no fruit juice available other than walking to a gas station Getting there was a problem. They stop running the shuttle at the time people get there on delayed flights. Cabs are ridiculously expensive. I tried Uber but had horrible experience with their app including raising the price when I was struggling with the App. That is not the hotel's fault. The airport and airlines could do a much better job of helping people who get stuck due to the many delays that happen.

There was bed bugs so we left and the staff treatment was horrible.

Nothing.There was a Cherokee Indian bum, and a homeless Italian woman with two kids stalking me on the property. The manager Sohaib refused to remove them. I called the police. The hotel was so dirty that I was embarrassed to let people I knew come inside.

The woman even tried to attack me physically.It was all on camera.The manager Sohaib refused to remove them. I think they were on homeless lists provided to hotels. The government then pays for the hotel. I called the police on the manager Sohaib because he refused to remove them. He also refused to listen to any complaints.The hotel was so dirty that I was embarrassed to let people I knew come inside. This is my second really bad experience there. I told the front desk customer service representative that I will never stay there again. I got a partial refund.

Nice staff,

small service staff elevator aways from the lobby. dirty room, AC didn't work. No water anywhere in the building. No working beverage machines, no drinks beside coffee at breakfast. limited parking. Soap in bathroom was half filled with water. Dirt and fuzz coming out of the ceiling.

The room was adequate although there was no refrigerator or microwave.

Breakfast was suppose to be ready at 6:30 a.m. We waited and waited and finally decided to pack the car before we ate breakfast. Finally after 7 a.m the coffee was available and other items as well. The sausage was heated up until we finished breakfast and left to go home.
