The bed was comfortable

A lot! When we entered the room, the heat was off. Turned it on room temp was 61 degrees. Turned on the heater, took all night or the room to heat up so it was comfortable. That was after we opened the door, turned on the hair dryer, and ran the hot water in the tub to get some heat into the room. Walked around and several rooms had thru doors cracked open too. Assuming it was to let heat into them, because the hallway cooled off greatly after we checked in. We sat in the room trying everything to heat it up. If I hadn't been so tired from our trip and day, I'd have found a different hotel. By morning the room was warm enough by our normal standards, we could take showers without freezing. For reference, I keep my thermostat set to 68 in the winter. The brick is cold, the wall of windows leaked cold air let alone the normal heat transfer because it's glass, so it took forever to heat the room. Then they said breakfast would be ready at 6:30 am, we had places to be but went downstairs to checkout and grab a quick bite to eat before leaving. Breakfast wasn't out at 6:38, several people were waiting for breakfast, so we left and went out to eat breakfast. So if you've made it to this point, my advice, STAY ELSEWHERE! Pay more, leave this please for warmer months. It's not a bad place to stay, Very POOR management decisions. If the heat is left off during the winter, the heat should be turned back on a day before someone checks into that room. Not saving money, cause we cranked everything heat related up to warm the room. I almost turned on the Iron too but didn't. This led to us knit picking the room, later cracks, plaster peeling away from the door modelings, mirror fame was cheap and the fake sticker wood was peeling away. The walls were splattered with something, walls needed to be cleaned and whipped down. Room looked clean but made sure we didn't touch the walls. I did take photos of the wall splatters, but it was hard to see.

la habitacion bien pero cuando me instale no habia jabon tuve que ir a recepcion a pedirlo, el desayuno fatal y ni hablar del cafe pesimo. Pero lo peor de todo es que yo tenia mi reservacion y el dia de mi llegada la persona de recepcion me comento que no habia ninguna reservacion a mi nombre, revisando mi correo verifico que me habia llegado un correo notificandome de la cancelacion sin ningun motivo o explicacion. Afortunadamente el hotel contaba con habitaciones disponibles pero pague mas dinero del de la reservacion y eso es bastante molesto por esto yo no lo recomiendo y no volveria a ese hotel.

El dia que llegue en recepcion me dijeron que no tenian ninguna recepcion a mi nombre y revisando mi correo me llega un aviso diciendome de la cancelacion pero no El motivo, por eso yo no volveria a ese hotel. El desayuno pesimo.
