Besonders gefallen haben uns die Sauberkeit, die hervorragende Lage sowie die Größe der Unterkunft. Es war ausreichend Platz für eine große Familie. Auch das Informationsheft war äußerst hilfreich. Die vielen nützlichen Hinweise und Empfehlungen haben uns die Planung vor Ort erleichtert.

Lovely house, nice big garden, good location just behind the field, ( good for dogs ) like the layout with 2 bedrooms on ground floor and 2 on the second floor

There wasn’t anything to not like, we ran out of gas for the bbq just before we were about to have a bbq however I messaged the owners and they replied quickly with solutions to our problem

Me and my sister's family met for a break in Brighton. We were all so comfortable, we wish to book for next year! All rooms and facilites were of good standard. It suited us that we could park two cars. Children, teenagers and adults had space to relax, good opportunities for walks, hill sprints, easy bus route to centre and beech. Excellent communication from owner.

Nothing to fault

The place is perfect for 8 people. 4 private bedrooms with double beds. The kitchen has everything you need. The place is clean and feel cozy.

Quiet location, top of a hill. Dog very happy in the garden. Comfortable and warm. 2 bedrooms downstairs and bathroom suitable for my elderly mum. Walk in shower is upstairs.

Nothing. We had a car so no issues getting into town via various routes (10-20mins depending on traffic). Buses are available.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful home in Brighton! From the moment we arrived, everything was just perfect — the house is spotlessly clean, incredibly spacious and beautifully presented, exactly as shown in the photos. The large garden, comfy living spaces, and well-equipped kitchen made it feel like a true home away from home. The location is great — in a quiet and peaceful area but still easy to get into Brighton centre, and having the private driveway with free parking was such a bonus. Whether you’re here with family, friends, or pets, there’s plenty of space for everyone. Most of all, Gemma and Damian were the sweetest hosts you could ask for — friendly, attentive, and always quick to respond. They made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts!

The property was a good size for us, comfy and had a good sized garden that our dog enjoyed. The owners were very helpful and returned an item that was left there with no issues at all.
