Sleep next to a Horse in a stable by the city !

Great room with lots of space,useful mini kitchen. Parking space. Unique experience in a beautiful location. Close to the town and shops. Well equipped,modern apartment. The shower was very good.

Difficult to find,signs are covered by overgrown bushes. Toilet flush not working-was given a bucket to flush. If you are booking for the horse-please note the horse wasn’t there for long-half an hour after we checked in at 4pm and did not come back until the next morning 15mins before our check out time at 10am. Should not be advertised as ‘sleep next to a horse’ if there is no horse in the stable overnight.

Un soggiorno particolare, davvero entusiasmante soprattutto per i bambini. Stanza molto bella, accogliente e pulita. Bagno grande, ottimi servizi. Personale estremamente cordiale e disponibile. Ottima la comunicazione. A solo un quarto d’ora d’auto da Exeter. Perfetto.

Appartamento moderno, ben arredato e pulito. Piccolo ma essenziale. La finestra sulla scuderia del cavallo è qualcosa di originale, è piaciuta molto ai miei bambini!

Rural location near lovely horses and cats. Kind host answered late night call to tell us WiFi password.

The loo did not flush properly. Sofa beds were not the most comfortable. Taxis had a problem finding location - no signage on farmland to accomodation.

Location is exelent, and Chris was really helpful. The shower is lovely and the cats are friendly😺

Sleeping next to the stable was fun and the kitchen had everything we needed.

The driveway was more dangerous than expected. Had some difficulty finding the correct building. We never managed to figure out how to lock the door so felt unsafe. Took many attempts to figure out how to flush the toilet. Didn’t enjoy having to drive to the nearest supermarket to buy bedding for the sofa bed.

Super room with plenty of space for the two of us. Lovely large modern bathroom. Mini kitchen would have been useful if we were staying longer. Excellent parking. Very friendly host. Of course the horse looking at us through the big picture window added something you don't get any where else. The people in the yard were very friendly also.

Would have been nice to have had a couple of tea bags and some milk to go with the kettle so that when we arrived we were able to get a drink. Finding out that we would have to go out again after we get there via a long drive just took the edge off a great stay.

The location was great, and the room was clean and spacious. Our family loved the horse watching us through the window.

Everything was great.
