Cubao Manhattan Heights, Unit 8BC Tower B, 1 BR

I've stayed with so many units around Cubao area and this is the only unit that has drinking water — a gallon of drinking water prepared for use. Something that I personally liked since most units don't have that available. The unit is spacious enough and can occupy than 4 people.

Small cockroaches in the unit - tolerable because I'm not that sensitive to them but to others, this might cause an issue. Hot and Cold shower - maybe it would be nice to have a hot shower especially for upcoming cold months.

Room is really big, and all if us slept.comfortably

Clean is so poor. They need Insect and cockroach control . Furniture old and borken ...

- Listing included access to pool but we had to pay for it extra. - Bed sheets have some funky smell, might not be fresh. - Has some cockroaches all over (dead and alive) - The hallway smells like cigarettes smoke. - Living room AC could barely make the place cold. - Very thin (and not clean?) blankets on the room.

I like the location very accessible anywhere

I don't like the cleanliness of some stuff are not enough clean dirty and some item are not good

Good location as it is very close to everything. Communication with the owner were very good

The smell of the bedsheets and pillowcases, towels were not good and the bedsheets looks likes hasnt been changed at all. Spare mattress needs cleaning as it has some cockroaches. Washing machine should be provided .
