The location of the place is very convenient for shopping & going around nearby commercial pkaces.

Everytime the other unit across the unit where we are cooks stinky food, they open their door. Because of this, the stinky odour seeps through the small opening of our door making inside our unit smells stinky too as well as the entire hallway going to the elevator.

Worth the price. Not so expensive yet comfortable... And also the location :)

The sofa linens were a bit dusty, but Ms Em replaced it immediately after we requested to change the covers. :)
