Posizione

Casa sporca, manutenzione pessima, per dire, spifferi ovunque, pavimento laminato rialzato. Inoltre abbiamo chiesto ( con conseguente aumento di tariffa) due posti in piu da 7 a 9 persone.. mai pervenuti i letti, in cucina 5 sedie. Non consigliata

Rapporto qualità/prezzo, posizione comoda rispetto a linea A/C, pulizia superiore alle aspettative. Cortesia del gestore, che ci ha accordato sia il check-in anticipato che il check-out posticipato.

Appartamento seminterrato, senza finestre. Prestente una sola camera + un divano letto (inutilizzabile se aperto a letto). Le dimensioni generose dell'unico letto presente ci hanno comunque permesso di dormire in 4 (3 nel letto + 1 sul divano chiuso). Presente un solo bagno. Manca il piano cottura esposto nelle foto (sostituito da una mini piastra elettrica). L'appartamento è posizionato in un quartiere residenziale periferico, la cui distanza dal centro città è considerevole (45-60 minuti per raggiungere il centro di Manhattan). Il titolo della struttura su booking (Large 3-Bedrooms/2-Bath Apt.) non corrisponde alle caratteristiche dell'appartamento (1-Bedroom/1-Bath). Aprendo i dettagli, però, le informazioni sono coerenti con i servizi offerti.

"Good location but shabby and needs a good clean."

A big apartment, beds were okay, clean sheets and towels, plenty of hot water and heat. Great location - just a block from the C line. Toilets and sinks clean.

The reality is that this apartment is shabby and filthy. Surfaces had not been cleaned, floors were dirty and the furniture is a mismatch of various shabby pieces. Baseboard heating is very efficient but the units are dirty and rusty. Bits and pieces left from previous guests in drawers and cabinets (used mascara, nail polish, etc.). Several light bulbs need replacing.

"Un séjour agréable"

L’espace de la maison est bien, la proximité du métro est très pratique ( la ligne C ) est très bonne pour aller à New York en la combinant avec la A
